Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Window

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for most products.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be in original condition – unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging
  • All tags and protective films must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Personalized or custom items may have different return policies

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened audio accessories (earphones, headphones)
  • Used charging cables and car chargers
  • Opened Lightning Cables and charging accessories
  • Products with removed protective packaging or seals
  • Items showing signs of use or wear

Return Process – Step by Step

2Wait for Authorization

Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.

3Package Your Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and include your Return Authorization Number.

4Ship Your Return

Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Exchange Requests

New items will be shipped within 2 business days of return approval. We offer exchanges for:

  • Different color or style of the same product
  • Different product of equal value
  • Size exchanges for compatible accessories

If exchanging for a more expensive item, you’ll pay the difference. For less expensive items, we’ll refund the difference.

Defective Products
