You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for most products.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be in original condition – unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging
- All tags and protective films must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Personalized or custom items may have different return policies
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened audio accessories (earphones, headphones)
- Used charging cables and car chargers
- Opened Lightning Cables and charging accessories
- Products with removed protective packaging or seals
- Items showing signs of use or wear
Return Process – Step by Step

Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 2 business days. - Package Your Item
Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and include your Return Authorization Number. - Ship Your Return
Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. - Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return
- Exchange Requests: New items will be shipped within 2 business days of return approval

Exchange Options
We offer exchanges for:
